We want you to love our clothing as much as we do. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know immediately and we'll do everything we can to make it right. Start by selecting your location above and follow the steps.
If you need help finding the correct tall sizes or think a different style may work better for you, please email email@example.com BEFORE submitting the return request to American Tall, and we'd be happy to offer a recommendation.
North America Returns:
Size Exchanges: FREE
Return for Store Credit: FREE
Return for Refund: Customer responsible for return shipping cost
If selecting return for refund, you can use our flat rate return shipping label ($9 USD) or ship using your own trackable method. If you return items (for refund) using our label/s, the cost will be deducted from your refund. Note, at this time we are unable to provide return labels for returns valued over $300 so must be shipped at customer expense. These will not be charged the $9 return label fee.
Return Policy Information (North America):
- We gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed, or defective American Tall items up to 30 days after ship date (For November and December orders see our Holiday Policy below). Items must be in re-sellable condition. Please contact us before sending defective items back
- Items returned without tags and/or packaging will be subject to a $3.95 re-packaging fee and in some cases may only be eligible for store credit return (So keep the tags on until you know you're keeping it!). Original packing slip or invoice must be included in return package.
- Refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible time period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method
- Returns and exchanges are available on most men's tall clothing purchases. Selected promotions may state "final sale", or "no returns" on our website and/or in our advertising. These items cannot be returned or exchanged (For hygienic reasons, this includes socks, boxers, swimwear with liners, and women's bodysuits)
- We offer ONE free size exchange or store credit return per order (excludes final sale items). Exchanges must be for the same style and color item as originally purchased.
- Exchanged items that are then returned for refund are subject to a 10% handling/restocking fee
- We are not liable for lost return packages without tracking (make a note of your return tracking number)
- American Tall is not liable for exchanges or returns sent without approval (please wait for a confirmation email from us)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Gift cards & Store Credits are final sale and cannot be returned for refund
- A fee will be assessed to "return to sender" package refund requests, as well as unclaimed UPS packages
- Returns valued over $300 subject to a 10% handling/restocking fee
Returns from outside North America (international):
- Unfortunately we do not cover return postage. Exchange items will be shipped out free of charge
Any gift orders placed from November 1st through Dec 31st can be returned to American Tall until January 15th of the following year (or 30 days from purchase, whichever is longer).
