Return Policy Information:
- All Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of your purchase (For November and December orders see our Holiday Policy below)
- Returns and exchanges are available on most purchases. Selected promotions may state final sale on our website and/or in our advertising. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged (This includes socks & boxers)
- Any items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return
- We offer free exchanges (1) on all orders (unless final sale item)
- If the exchanged item is then returned a handling fee may apply
- Return for credit: eligible for free return shipping
- Returns for refund: customer responsible for return shipping cost (deducted from refund)
- Items returned without tags and/or packaging will be subject to a $3.95 re-packaging fee and in some cases may only be eligible for store credit return (So keep the tags on until you know you're keeping it!)
- We are not liable for lost return packages without tracking (make a note of your return tracking number)
- American Tall is not liable for exchanges or returns sent without approval (please wait for a confirmation email from us)
Any gift orders placed from November 1st, 2017 through the Dec 31st, 2017 can be returned until January 15th, 2018 (or 30 days from purchase, whichever is longer).
