How do A.T. Referrals work?
Share your unique referral link with tall family and friends. When someone you've referred makes their first purchase using your link, they'll get a discount code for $20 off orders of $75+ to use at checkout, and you'll earn $20 in store credit!
How do I get my referral link?
Log in to your account, head to the Referrals section, and your unique link will be ready to copy and share. Or enter your first name and email address above to generate your unique link.
How do I refer a friend?
Enter your email address and share your unique referral link with tall family and friends. They can use the link to make their first purchase, and their discount will automatically be applied at checkout.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
No limit at all! Refer as many people as you like and earn $20 for every successful referral.
How does my friend receive their discount?
When your friend opens your referral link, they'll get a discount code to enter at checkout on their first order, so they don't need to do anything extra.
Can I refer someone who is already a customer?
No. Referral rewards are for new customers who haven't placed an order with us before.
My friend forgot to use my link, can they still get the discount?
The discount has to be claimed through your referral link and applied at checkout, so it can't be added after an order is already placed.
Can I use my own referral link?
No. Referral links are for new customers only and can't be applied to your own account. However, the store credit you earn for successful referrals can absolutely be applied on any future orders you place at American Tall!
How will I know when my referral is successful?
You'll get an email notification once your friend completes their first qualifying order using your link.
When will I receive my referral reward?
Your reward is issued once your friend's first order is complete. Please note that your reward will be voided if their order is later returned or cancelled.
How do I track my referrals?
Enter your name and email above, then click My Stats. From there, you can send yourself an email which will contain info about your referral history & store credit balance.
What if my referral link isn't working?
Try copying the link directly from your referrals page, and if the issue continues, contact our support team and we'll help sort it out.
Why wasn't my referral rewarded?
A few things can make a referral ineligible: the friend had already placed an order with us before, the order didn't meet the $75 minimum, or it was flagged by our automatic fraud checks.
If you think it was blocked by mistake, contact support and we'll take a look.
Do my friends' discounts or my rewards expire?
The discount codes sent to your family and friends expire 12 months after being issued, so make sure they use them! Your store credit earned from referrals will not expire.
