Will I be able to try clothes on?
Yes! We’ll have a selection of our bestselling styles and new fall arrivals in both Tall and Extra Tall lengths. Fitting rooms will be available so you can try everything on in person.
Can I take my items home with me?
Absolutely. You’ll be able to shop just like in any retail store and bring your purchases home the same day.
Is there parking nearby?
There's street parking directly next to the store and in the neighbourhoods nearby, an underground lot across the street, and 8 more lots within a 5 minute walk. Lots of spots for your tall shopping trip! Check this link for help.
Do I need to RSVP?
RSVPs aren’t required for entry, but we’d love if you could let us know you’re coming. It helps us plan the best experience for everyone. RSVP here.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and mobile payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Will I be able to purchase items at the pop-up?
Yes! Several of our best-selling styles will be available for purchase.
Are there any plus sizes available?
We offer up to a size 2XL, but we're always happy to share sizing feedback with our design team. If there's a specific size you're looking for that we don't carry, please reach out to our customer experience team or send us a DM on social!
Will there be a long line to get in?
We can’t predict crowd size, but the tall Toronto community has been waiting for this event, so lines are possible. If that happens, our team will work hard to keep things moving quickly so you can get inside and shop.

You’ll find a mix of customer favourites, bestsellers, and some of the newest pieces from our Fall collection.
What's your return policy for purchases made at the pop-up?
All sales made at the pop-up will be final.
