    General Returns Information

    We want you to love our clothing as much as we do.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will gladly replace or refund your purchase.

    Please note:

    • All Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of your purchase (For November and December orders see our Holiday Policy below)
    • Returns and exchanges are available on most purchases.  Selected promotions may state final sale on our website and/or in our advertising.  Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
    • Any and all items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or credit
    • We offer free exchanges (1) on all orders (unless final sale item)
    • If the exchanged item is then returned a handling fee may apply
    • Return for credit eligible for free return shipping
    • Straight returns are eligible for 100% refund with store credit for the value of the return postage
    • Items returned without tags and/or packaging will be subject to a $3.95 re-packaging fee and in some cases may only be eligible for store credit return (So keep the tags on until you know you're keeping it!)
    • We are not liable for lost return packages without tracking (make a note of your return tracking number)
    • American Tall is not liable for exchanges or returns sent without a return form enclosed

    Holiday Policy

    Any gift orders placed from November 1st, 2017 through the Dec 31st, 2017 can be returned until January 15th, 2018 (or 30 days from purchase, whichever is longer).

    Steps to Return or Exchange an Item

    1. Respond to your order confirmation email, stating the item/s you wish to exchange OR return.  
    2. We'll send you the proper form and shipping instructions.
    3. You ship back to us. That's it!
